eholdings app: Always open detail record in full pane

As a librarian
I want to edit/view the eholdings app record in a full pane view
Because displaying in a third pane makes it very difficult to review the record information

Requirements: As part of the refactoring to open detail view in full pane the following should be done:

1. Adopted routing
2. Changed Panes/Paneset from custom eHoldings to Panes/Paneset from stripes-components
3. Remove the Full View link from the Edit/View action menu dropdowns
4. Ensure a user is able to easily return to previous page
5. Full view should only have a single vertical scrollbar

Applies changes to the following screens

• Edit Detail Record
• View Detail Record

Acceptance Criteria

Given I have conducted a provider/package/title search
When I click on a record
Then display the record in a full pane view

IF I accessed a provider/package/title record in full pane view
Then a double vertical scrollbar should not display

Given I have accessed a provider/package/title record
AND it is in full pane view
When I click Edit
Then the record should remain in full pane view

Given I am editing a provider/package/title record
AND it is in full pane view
When I click the browser back button OR the "X" OR the Cancel button
AND I have made no changes to any fields
Then return me to the previous page I have viewed

Given I am editing a provider/package/title record
AND it is in full pane view
When I click the browser back button OR the "X" OR the Cancel button
AND I have made changes to a field
AND I click Continue without Saving on the Confirm Navigation modal
Then return me to the previous page I have viewed

Given I am viewing a provider/package/title record
AND it is in full pane view
When I click "X" or the browser button
Then return me to the previous page I have viewed

If I remove a custom title + package
AND the title is no longer in a package
THUS no longer exist
Then take user to the package results list with the package name populate in the search
NOTE this acceptance criteria reflects no change to current implementation

IF I delete a custom package
Then return my to a package search page
