Allow electronic resource librarians to add/edit/remove custom packages and custom resources to/from holdings

An Electronic Resource Librarian wants to have a list of its entire holdings. Sometimes the KB does not contain a package or resource because the package/resource may only be specific to that library. Also some libraries want to include and manage print holdings. So there is a need to allow librarians to

• Create packages
• Supply the metadata for those packages
• Remove/Delete packages
