      Description

      Using react-intl, localize all strings for search and features/functions not covered on the Provider/Package/Resource/Title Detail Records.

      • Strings go in translations/ui-eholdings/en.json
      • Use react-intl and injectIntl (alternate implementation: set up IntlProvider at root of ui-eholdings using new React context API)
      • Use intl.formatMessage() from react-intl
      • Only English on first pass
