'dockerImage' in launch descriptor not updated accordingly during Jenkins build

'dockerImage' which is part of the launch descriptor in ModuleDescriptor.json needs to be updated during Jenkins builds to use the correct docker image version and docker repository. 'dockerPull' should also be set to 'true' before module descriptor is posted to folio-registry.
