Requirement

• Ensure consistency with how we display messaging on Package (Show view)

Package Settings

• If the package has not been selected then display the following message [Add the package to holdings to customize package settings.]
• If the package has been selected then display [Field label] and below field label display [value]

Coverage Settings

• If package custom coverage is present then display date IOW no different than current implementation
• If package custom coverage is not present then display this message [No coverage date has been set.]
