BUG: Custom Embargo does not save when you clear it

      Description

      1. Go to https://folio.frontside.io/eholdings/resources/1048-7586-1914127
      2. Remove the custom embargo by clicking the "x" icon
      3. Hit Save button and the below error message displays AND the previously set custom embargo is retained THUS the custom embargo is not removed
      4. Also it appears the None value in the dropdown has disappeared (see attached screenshot)
