Description
Noticed 2 issues when editing a Package Title:
(1) Go to a managed packaged title record (select full page edit mode)
Toggle visibility status - note that the Save Button remains disabled. It should be enabled upon a change
(2) Go to a managed package title record that is selected and visible (full page edit mode)
Toggle to not selected and save
Get error (Invalid Hidden and Invalid Contributor) pop up as toast messages (attached gif shows steps)
