BUG: Two requests not resolving in the right order

• noticed a new bug (at least new to me) has popped up where, under certain conditions, returning to the parent title record results in an empty package list.

• while hammering on these forms trying to uncover bugs, I also noticed an instance where, when returning to the parent package from the package-title, the package's visibility data never loads - just an infinite spinner.

Package-title list disappearing when you navigate back from the detail record thing is due to two requests that resolve not necessarily in the order in which they were made

Same happens going to a package record from a search - if you do it enough eventually it'll go the wrong way
