      Description

This issue has only been reported by Five Colleges (5C) and has been persistent since the Goldenrod release. What's odd is this experience has been reported by multiple institutions: Amherst, UMASS Amherst, Mt. Holyoke

      Feedback from Jack Mulvaney
We at the 5C are continuing to experience a visual error (screen wobble?) where when you scroll down in the list of packages the data starts to vibrate.

      • See attached video
      • Current screen resolution is 1920x1080
      • Browser is Chrome, Version 89.0.4389.82 (Official Build) (64-bit) (UMass IT keeps us all on the latest stable builds)
      • And actually, it's the title search which causes it for me. If I go to eHoldings > Titles > Perform a search to get results > choose a title to see the available packages > scroll down

      Feedback from Nancy Pelis
_This is Nancy from 5 Colleges/Mount Holyoke College. We are working in the Honeysuckle release of FOLIO and I am having a problem with the eHoldings app and what I describe as an unstable or flickering screen display.

The problem happens after I select a Package. When I open the Package and scroll to the Titles area of the record, the scroll bar on the eholdings "window" screen starts blinking. I cannot scroll any farther to see additional titles. Often, the area on the screen where the title list is displayed also begins blinking and the print appears to be "flickering" on the screen. I do not experience this unusual screen display in the other apps. The unstable display happens regardless of the size of the display setting on my screen. Do you have any idea what might be causing this problem and a possible way to fix it? _

      Additional feedback from Nancy

      • Happens with all packages
      • Screen resolution is:1280 x 1024
      • Google Chrome is Version 89.0.4389.82 (Official Build) (64-bit) and "Your browser is managed"
