Navigate to full screen wide empty form in mapping profiles settings

Purpose:
This form will a base for adding elements needed when creating mapping profiles

Acceptance criteria:

• creating of the full-screen form component;
• opening of the full-screen form component by clicking on New button;
• creating of the new route for the form and navigating to it upon click on mapping profiles item;
• implementing the ability to close the form upon click on x and Cancel (on mockup it is Close) buttons;
• the test coverage is at least 80%
