Description
Purpose:
In order to see the list of all completed jobs user will need to navigate to a separate page that will list the jobs. The behavior will be consistent with existing in data - import: when the user clicks the button "View all" the new form Logs will be open. Clicking back on Data Export icon will take the user back to the data export landing page.
Acceptance criteria
1. Clicking on View All button opens new Logs page
2. Clicking on Data Export icon takes the user back to the landing page
