    Description

      Purpose:
      Provide the way to download an export file from job logs

      Implementation details
      1. on render Job logs on UI there will be a hyperlink
      2. user clicks on file name (hyperlink)
      3. API call send for receive the actual link for the download
      4. API call for downloading starts

      Acceptance Criteria
      1. user clicks on file name and API call for downloading starts
      2. unit tests are written
