View running jobs (write code to have the code for integration with the backend in place)

Purpose:

To have the code in place which:
1) initiates the call to the server for retrieving running jobs (contract should be confirmed with backend devs);
2) display a loading indicator on the UI when the jobs are being retrieved;
3) have the logic in place for retrieving records upon interval (every five seconds so it stays consistent to running jobs items on the landing page in data import);
