Data Export App - triggering the export by Instances CQL query

Purpose:

The user should be able to provide cql query to trigger the data export. In the UI, the behavior should be the same as triggering the export by providing the list of UUIDs.

Scenario 1:
Given: the user triggers export by providing a file containing query
When: the user drags the file to the drag and drop area on the landing page
Then: the user is taken to the screen that allows to select the job profile and start the export

Scenario 2:
Given: the user triggers export by providing a file containing query
When: the user browse to get file using choose a file button on the landing page
Then: the user is taken to the screen that allows to select the job profile and start the export

Acceptance criteria:

1. Existing behavior of starting the job with the list of UUIDs is preserved
2. Selecting CQL query and choosing the file follows the same behavior as with provided UUIDs

Will depend on the selected approach to differentiating the file type. To be determined in a separate story
