Save CQL query for instances search in cql file

Purpose/Overview:
Currently we save the cql query in the .csv file but in order to differentiate the query that will trigger the export instead of the list of identifiers we need to save it in the different format

Scenario:
Given: the user searches for instances in Inventory app
When: the user clicks Action menu > Save Instances CQL Query option
Then: the query that is generated as a result of the search is saved in the file with cql extension.

Note: No changes in the file name convention. The file name contains "SearchInstanceCQLQuery" followed by date/time stamp

Follow up with backend to verify what file extension can be handled
