Create Job component

Purpose:

Extract Job and JobList from the ui-data-import project to the shared components project stripes-data-transfer-components in the way it can be reused in both projects. The Job component from data-import does not have Cancel, Pause and Resume buttons support. As part of this task, such a possibility should be added.

Acceptance criteria:
1. The component is added to the shared repository;
2. The component is created according to desing (Job component in the Running jobs accordion);
3. The component has the flexibility to fulfill requirements of the UDEXP-6;
4. The code coverage on the new code is above 80%
