Disable saving Instance UUIDs option if no records displayed in result pane

Purpose
When the user search instances in the Inventory app, we would like to allow the user to save UUIDs of the records that the fulfill search criteria but if the result pane is empty because the query did not return any record or the user did not started searching, the option should be disabled

Scenario 1

• Given: the user opens Inventory app and didn't provide any search criteria
• When: click the Caret Menu-> Save Instances UUIDs option (or Actions button) and search pane is empty (or shows empty message)
• Then: Save Instances UUIDs option is disabled

Scenario 2

• Given: the user conducts the instance search in Inventory app
• When: click the Caret Menu-> Save Instances UUIDs option (or Actions button) and search did not return any records
• Then: Save Instances UUIDs option is disabled

Acceptance Criteria

1. "Save Instances UUIDs" option is visible but disabled when there are no records in the records pane
