    Description

      Purpose:
      The user will need to be able to select file that would provide either a data set that needs to exported (list of UUIDs) or a CQL query that will be a base for the export.

      Scenario:
      Given: Data Export Icon in the FOLIO navigation menu
      When: the user clicks the icon
      Then: the landing page contains on the top of the left pane an area that allows the user select or drag and drop the file with UUIDs or CQL query.

      Acceptance criteria:

      1. The location of the selection file area is as specified on the mockup
      2. Contains Drag and drop/or choose file label/button as specified on the mockup
      3. Contains text: "Select a file with records IDs or CQL queries"
