When closing the log summary, user sometimes goes to unexpected place

Overview: In UIDATIMP-913, we added a way to get back to the Data Import landing page or View all page from an import job's summary log. Sometimes, the user is sent to an unexpected screen when closing the summary log.

Current workaround: Go back to the Data Import app and click the Data Import app name, in the top left of the screen

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Case 1
2. Log into FOLIO-snapshot-load as diku_admin
3. Check the Data Import app landing page and the View all page to see if a few files have already been imported
4. If not, import 2 or more MARC files using the Default - Create Instance and SRS MARC Bib job profile
5. Once a file has been imported, from the Data Import landing page, click on the file name for one of the imported files, to display the log summary
6. Go to the Inventory app
7. Go back to the Data Import app
8. Click the X in the top left of the summary log to close it
9. Case 2
10. From the Data Import landing page, click View all to go to the complete list of Summary logs
11. Click on a file name for one of the imported files, to display the log summary
12. Go to the Orders app
13. Go back to the Data Import app
14. Click the X in the top left of the summary log to close it

Expected Results:

1. In Case 1, the user should go back to the Data Import landing page
2. In Case 2, the user should also go back to the DI landing page (preference would be the View all page; that is simple when the user comes from the View all page, but not simple when they have visited a different screen in the interim, so this was our compromise)

Actual Results: What actually happened

1. In Case 1, the user goes to the Inventory app
2. In Case 2, the user goes to the Orders app
