Import log summary: add option to export ERROR results in CSV - DRAFT

Purpose: To allow the user to export a csv file of the records (rows in the summary log) that have errors, along with any available error details

As a staff person working with Data Import
I want to be able to identify the records that errored during import
So that I can review them and make any needed corrections

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given the Data Import Log summary screen
   • When viewing the screen
   • Then display an Action menu at the top right
   • With one action: [download icon] Export errors (CSV)
2. Scenario 2
   • Given the Data Import Log summary screen
   • When the User clicks that Export errors (CSV) option
   • Then for any records that have Error in the last column, export a file with the same data the user sees on their screen, plus any error details that are available
     • Record number
     • Title
     • SRS MARC Bib
     • Instance
     • Holdings
     • Item
     • Order
     • Invoice
     • Error
     • [and error details]
   • NOTE: See the download function in the Users app as an example
3. Scenario 3
   • Ensure this story passes Accessibility testing
4. Scenario 4
   • Ensure automated testing coverage for this new code is 80% plus and confirm with screenshot
