Update the UI options for the repurposed quickMARC derive profile

Purpose: To change the existing Default job profile and its components to be hardcoded for the quickMARC derive process, and make it so that they cannot be edited or deleted. Must be fixed in R1, so that the quickMARC derive does not break

As a staff person deriving new MARC records via quickMARC
I want FOLIO to have a dedicated profile
So that the process does not error

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given the job profile with the new name quickMARC Derive - Create SRS MARC Bib and Instance and UUID 6409dcff-71fa-433a-bc6a-e70ad38a9604
   • And the details of that job profile are displayed
   • When the user clicks the detail record's Action menu
   • Then disable and grey out the options for Edit and Delete, but leave the option for Duplicate enabled
2. Scenario 2
   • Given the action profile with the new name quickMARC Derive - Create Inventory Instance and UUID f8e58651-f651-485d-aead-d2fa8700e2d1
   • When the user clicks the detail record's Action menu
   • Then disable and grey out the options for Edit and Delete, but leave the option for Duplicate enabled
3. Scenario 3
   • Given the field mapping profile with the new name quickMARC Derive - Create Inventory Instance and UUID 991c0300-44a6-47e3-8ea2-b01bb56a38cc
   • When the user clicks the detail record's Action menu
   • Then disable and grey out the options for Edit and Delete, but leave the option for Duplicate enabled
4. Scenario 4
   • Ensure this story passes Accessibility testing
5. Scenario 5
   • Ensure automated testing coverage for this new code is 80% plus and confirm with screenshot
