File upload: Show error message on UI when there is not enough server space for uploaded file(s)

Purpose: To provide a UI response when there is not enough space on the server for uploaded files

As a staff person
I want to be able to know when there is not enough space on the server for files I'm uploading
So that I can contact my system administrator or do something to free up space on the server

Scenario

• Given File Uploading during Data Import
• When there is not enough space on the server to store the file or files
• Then produce a red file upload error card on the Choose Jobs screen for each file
• With an error message of Error: not enough space to store the file. Contact system administrator
• And an "x" in top right of card, so that the user can dismiss the card

Internal Steps
-fill in the file size field when creating an UploadDefinition
-if backend return error with file upload size error - show it on UI (need to be discussed with Ann-Marie)
