Match profile: existing record value not working for MARC 001

Overview:  Cannot save a match profile with existing FOLIO record type MARC Bib and field = 001

Current workaround: None

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO-snapshot-load as diku_admin
2. Go to Settings/Data import/Match profile
3. Create a new match profile for incoming record type = MARC Bib, existing FOLIO record = MARC Bib
4. For the incoming record, assign MARC field 001, with no indicators or subfield
5. For the existing FOLIO record, assign MARC field 001 with no indicators or subfield
6. Save the profile

Expected Results: Match profile should be saved

Actual Results: Error message of "Please enter a value" appears under the Existing record Subfield and the profile cannot be saved

Additional Information: Works on Honeysuckle shared env, so we've had a regression
