Action profiles: Remove MARCcat qualifier from MARC record types

Purpose: Adjust action profile UI labels to remove MARCcat.

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given the Data Import action profile Create/Edit screen
   • When viewing the list of FOLIO record types
   • Then remove the [will affect SRS and MARCcat] text from the end of the 3 MARC record types
2. Scenario 2
   • Ensure this story passes Accessibility testing
3. Scenario 3
   • Ensure automated testing coverage for this new code is 80% plus and confirm with screenshot
