Log lite - Error handling for revised JSON screen

Purpose: To show error information for each FOLIO record that had errors

As a staff person working with data import jobs
I want to see any available error information
So that I can troubleshoot and correct the problems

NOTE: For now show whatever error info we have; once users can see the current error info, we will probably update it to have more user-friendly or detailed information, as part of UXPROD-2200

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given the new JSON browser tab for the FOLIO records created/updated by a single imported record
   • When there was an error for a particular record type
   • Then add an asterisk to the tab for that particular record type (see "Error indication" on the attached mockup)
2. Scenario 2
   • Given this new JSON browser tab
   • When a User clicks on a starred tab for record type that had an error
   • Then display any available error information above any record JSON data, separated by a line
   • If easy to do something visually to draw attention to the error message, add that
3. Scenario 3
   • Ensure this story passes Accessibility testing
4. Scenario 4
   • Ensure automated testing coverage for this new code is 80% plus and confirm with screenshot
