Setup BigTest environment and write tests for first pane on the landing page

Purpose

Setup BigTest environment for ui-data-import module, so it would be possible to write tests for the application.

Scenario 1
Setup BigTest environment for ui-data-import module.

Scenario 2
Write tests for the first pane on the landing page. It should include mocking backend staff, covering both success and error cases.
Tests must cover the following things:
1. Presence of both Preview and Running sections;
2. Presence of jobs if jobs data successfully retrieved;
3. Empty list message is shown if jobs data is empty;
4. Empty list message is shown if unable to retrieve data;
5. Jobs in the Preview section are sorted by status and date as described in UIDATIMP-23;
6. Jobs in the Running section are sorted by date as described in UIDATIMP-27;
7. Job items have correct content depending on the job status.
