Add "Load more" button to an Individual job's log details page

Purpose: To have a better UI for loading individual log details

As a staff person working with an individual data import logs
I want to be able to scroll through all the records on the detail log page
So that I can find one that I want, even if I don't know the exact record number or title

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given the list of titles on the View individual job's log details screen
   • If there are more than 100 titles in the job
   • Then when 100 rows have been displayed
   • Then insert the "Load more" button at the bottom of the list (see attached example from UIIN)
2. Scenario 2 retest after related MOD stories are complete
   • Given the "Load more" button
   • When the user clicks it
   • Then load 100 more rows, and display the "Load more" button below them, until all rows have finally been displayed
3. Scenario 3
   • Ensure this story passes Accessibility testing
4. Scenario 4
   • Ensure automated testing coverage for this new code is 80% plus and confirm with screenshot
