Field mapping profile create-edit screen: change unuseable options to disabled

Purpose: To provide a visual cue for options that are not yet useable in the Field mapping profile

As a staff person working with Data Import profiles
I want the not-yet-useable options to be visually distinguishable from the useable options
So that I do not accidentally try to create a profile using them

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given the Field mapping profile Create-Edit screen
   • When viewing the list of Incoming record types
   • Then change the attribute for the following ones to disabled
     • MARC Holdings
     • MARC Authority
   • And add the following value at the bottom of the list, disabled
     • EDIFACT invoice
2. Scenario 2
   • Given the Field mapping profile Create-Edit screen
   • When viewing the list of FOLIO record types
   • Then change the attribute for the following ones to disabled
     • Order
     • Invoice
     • MARC Holdings
     • MARC Authority
3. Scenario 3
   • Ensure this story passes Accessibility testing
