Action profile create-edit screen: change unuseable options to disabled

Purpose: To provide a visual cue for options that are not yet useable in the Action profile

As a staff person working with Data Import profiles
I want the not-yet-useable options to be visually distinguishable from the useable options
So that I do not accidentally try to create a profile using them

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given the Action profile Create-Edit screen
   • When viewing the list of FOLIO record types
   • Then change the attribute for the following ones to disabled
     • Order
     • Invoice
     • MARC Holdings (will affect SRS and MARCcat)
     • MARC Authority (will affect SRS and MARCcat)

   • Ensure this story passes Accessibility testing
3. Scenario 3
   • Ensure automated testing coverage for this new code is 80% plus and confirm with screenshot
