Add filter for Inventory single record imports to the View all log screen

Purpose: To be able to include or filter out single record imports triggered from Inventory, when viewing the "View all" log list

As a staff person viewing log lists in Data Import
I want to be able to include or exclude logs for imports that were triggered by Inventory single record import actions
So that I can work with them or ignore them, as needed

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given the Data Import View all log screen
   • When viewing the filters in the 1st pane
   • Then add a new filter at the bottom of the list
     • Name: Inventory single record imports
     • Default to closed
     • Options
       • No
       • Yes
2. Scenario 2
   • Given the Inventory single record imports filter on the View all log screen
   • When both options are selected or neither option is selected
   • Then display all logs
3. Scenario 3
   • Given the Inventory single record imports filter on the View all log screen
   • When No is selected
   • Then show logs for imports triggered via Data import, but suppress logs for imports triggered via Inventory
4. Scenario 4
   • Given the Inventory single record imports filter on the View all log screen
   • When Yes is selected
   • Then show logs for imports triggered via Inventory, but suppress logs for imports triggered via Data import
5. Scenario 5
   • Ensure this story passes Accessibility testing
