Data Import App: Consume {{FormattedDate}} and {{FormattedTime}} via stripes-component

Overview: See STCOM-659. Consume FormattedDate and FormattedTime via stripes-components instead of react-intl in order to have the value prop automatically reformatted into a compliant string.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Using Safari, check in any item that was previously checked out

Places to check:

• Data import landing page
  • Get some logs in MCL
  • Check date and time values for "Ended running" column
• View all logs page
  • Get some logs in MCL
  • Check date and time values for "Ended running" column
• Data import landing page
  • Get a running job in the "Runnings" section
  • Check date and time values next to the "Began" label
• Data import Upload files page
  • Get file to upload card
  • Check the date value under the filename
• Settings/Data import/Any profile
  • Column "Updated" in MCL
• Settings/Data import/Match profiles
  • Open existing match profile with incoming record type = "Static value (submatch only)" and a filled "Date range" field in the Match criterion section, or create a new one
  • Check the date values next to the "From" and "To" labels.
• Settings/Data import/Match profiles

Expected Results:

1. The "Time returned" column displays the time when the item was checked in

Actual Results:

1. The "Time returned" column displays "Invalid Date"
