Field mapping profile: Holdings: Add Public/Staff field for Holdings Statement Notes

Purpose: To add field mapping support for public/staff notes on the 3 different holdings statement fields

As a staff person working with data import
I want to be able to map data into the new holdings statement fields
So that I can create/update holdings records properly via Data Import

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given the Field mapping create/edit screen
   • When FOLIO record type = Holdings
   • And the user is creating/editing the repeatable fields for
     • Holdings statement
     • Holdings statement for supplement
     • Holdings statement for indexes
   • Then rename the second field for each holdings type from Statement note to Statement public note
   • And add a third field with label Statement staff note
2. Scenario 2
   • Given the Field mapping view screen
   • When FOLIO record type = Holdings
   • And the user is viewing the repeatable fields for
     • Holdings statement
     • Holdings statement for supplement
     • Holdings statement for indexes
   • Then rename the second field for each holdings type from Statement note to Statement public note
   • And add a third field with label Statement staff note
3. Scenario 3
   • Ensure this story passes Accessibility testing
4. Scenario 4
   • Ensure automated testing coverage for this new code is 80% plus and confirm with screenshot

See backend details on MODINVSTOR-543; existing Statement note field has been repurposed into the Statement public note field. Statement staff note is an entirely new field. Also need changes in MODINV due to work in MODDICORE-63
