Add column for Job status and Resequence columns

Purpose: To resequence the columns for the job log on Data Import landing page and View all page, and add a column for job status

As a staff person working with data import
I want to see the status of successful or failed jobs in the job log summary
So that I can focus on the jobs that I might need to review or re-run

NOTE: File upload area also being relocated; see UIDATIMP-633.

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given the Data Import landing page
   • When viewing the second pane which shows the most recent 25 jobs
   • Then resequence the columns to be in this order (left to right)
     • File name
     • Status (new column, see details in scenario 3)
     • Records
     • Job profile
     • Ended running (default sort on this, most recent at top)
     • Run by
     • ID
2. Scenario 2
   • Given the Data Import landing page
   • When viewing the second pane which shows the most recent 25 jobs
   • Then add a new column for Status
   • With the following values
     • Completed: import finished and all went fine; all records created/updated in all apps, no errors
     • Completed with errors: at least some records were created or updated, but some had errors, or the import did not finish
     • Failed: no records created or updated, import completely failed
   • NOTES:
     • These are not the statuses currently used by Data Export, but they will be changing to these statuses
     • Unlike Data export, we will not have a column for number of errors. Users will see that in the log details.

   • When viewing the second pane which shows the jobs log
   • Then resequence the columns to be in this order (left to right)
     • File name
     • Status (new column, see details in scenario 4)

Any backend story needed? Maybe - UI only has enough for Complete or Failed (will have failed status), but not Completed with errors (will have failed status, but will have total records and processed)
