MARC Bib field mapping profile: add option for Modify or Update on Create/Edit screen

Purpose: To invoke different field mapping templates based on whether the user is modifying or updating the SRS MARC record

As a staff person working with Data Import
I want to be able to distinguish whether a MARC field mapping profile will be used to modify or update SRS MARC records
So that I can apply different types of field mappings

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given the Settings/Data import/Field mappings Create/Edit screen
   • When the user selects FOLIO record type = MARC Bibliographic
   • Then display a new field next to the FOLIO record type field
     • Field name: Field mappings for MARC
     • Dropdown list:
       • Ghost text: Select field mappings for MARC
       • Modifications
       • Updates
     • And make the field required (but only when the FOLIO record type = MARC Bibliographic)
     • NOTE: Do not display this field when FOLIO record type is not MARC Bibliographic
     • NOTE: The FOLIO record type field can be shorted for all record types/dropdown list, not just when it's MARC Bib
2. Scenario 2
   • Given the Settings/Data import/Field mappings Create/Edit screen
   • When the user selects Modifications
   • Then change the details Header from Field mapping [space dot space] MARC Bibliographic to Field mapping [space dot space] MARC Bibliographic [space dot space] Modifications
3. Scenario 3
   • Given the Settings/Data import/Field mappings Create/Edit screen
   • When FOLIO record type = MARC Bibliographic
   • And Field mappings for MARC = Modifications
   • Then display the MARC modifications field mapping details in the field mappings Details section
4. Scenario 4
   • Ensure this story passes Accessibility testing
5. Scenario 5
   • Ensure automated testing coverage for this new code is 80% plus and confirm with screenshot
