Update the available options for Field mapping profile Incoming record types

Purpose: To remove the Delimited and Static match options from the Field mapping Incoming record types. Since we will not be doing Delimited files soon, better to remove them. And not sure why Static is showing at all.

As a staff person working with field mapping profiles
I want to see the proper Incoming record types
So that I can use them properly

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given Settings/Data import/Field mapping profiles
   • When a user creates or update a Field mapping profile
   • Then the available options for Incoming record type should be
     • MARC Bibliographic
     • MARC Holdings
     • MARC Authority
     • EDIFACT invoice
     • And the options for "Delimited" and "Static value" should be removed
     • NOTE: When the Static value option is removed, please make sure that does not mess up the options for the Match profiles (where Static value should be included)
2. Scenario 2
   • Ensure this story passes Accessibility testing
3. Scenario 3
   • Ensure automated testing coverage for this new code is 80% plus and confirm with screenshot
