Can't use decimal in Static value number match

    Description

      Overview: Static value number match is not allowing decimals, but it should

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into FOLIO-snapshot as diku_admin
      2. Go to Settings/Data import/Match profiles
      3. Create a new match profile
      4. For Match to, select Static value-submatch only
      5. For type of static value, select Number
      6. For value, enter 4576.4 (something with a decimal)
      7. Press Save and close

      Expected Results: Match profile is saved

      Actual Results: Profile is not saved; communication error; earlier I was able to get a message that I needed a whole number, but now I can't
