Fix Accessibility problems in ProfileLinker Component (settings/data-import/job-profiles)

Step to reproduce:
1. Open "settings/data-import/job-profiles"
2. Click on Actions button
3. Click on New Job Profiles
4. In the Overview section click "+" button
5. Select "Match" and add one of the Match profiles
4. Run "axe". Screenshot attached

The problem is
IDs used in ARIA and labels must be unique

The problem possibly can be fixed in
stripes/ui-data-import/src/components/ProfileTree/ProfileLinker/LinkerTrigger.js
