Fix Accessibility problems for data-import/job-logs ( Buttons must have discernible text )

Fix next Accessibility problems on
data-import/job-logs page (see data-import_job-logs.png) :

1. Buttons must have discernible text (see attached screenshot) :
   Component can be found
   ui-data-import/src/routes/ViewAllLogs/ViewAllLogs.js -> ViewAllLogsFilters -> Selection -> SingleSelect

and Fixes possibly can be made in
stripes-components/lib/Selection/SingleSelect.js , by adding default 'title' attribute or by passing some of required (see validation details in screenshot ) props from parent component

Сolor check was performed considering with WCAG 2.1 validation level AA
