Remove extra action buttons in Field mapping profiles Settings screens after central component update

Screen 4a: Settings/Data import/Job profiles/Search results
The following updates should be made (see 4a. Field mapping profiles: search results: Before)

• Remove the "New" button

After updates, it should look like: 4a. Field mapping profiles: search results: After

• Actions button with options for
  • New field mapping profile
  • Export selected
  • Select all
  • Deselect all

Screen 4b: Settings/Data import/Job profiles/View details
The following updates should be made (see 4b. Field mapping profiles: view details: Before)

• Change the "Edit" button to "Actions" dropdown with the following options
  • Edit
  • Duplicate
  • Delete

After updates, it should look like: 4b. Field mapping profiles: view details: After

• Third pane: Actions button with options for
  • New field mapping profile
  • Export selected
  • Select all
  • Deselect all
• Fourth pane: Actions button with options for
  • Edit
  • Duplicate
  • Delete

And check any related automated tests to ensure they do not fail after the changes.
