This can be fixed by updating eslint to >= 6.2.1 or updating eslint-util to >= 1.4.1.

Look at eslint config.
Decide which rules to implement in this main task. Be sure to cover all the errors and warnings
Disable the secondary rules and postpone to a second task (~~UIDATIMP-376~~)

Split into 2 stories to make it smaller: one for the main rules that need updating, and then a follow on for the secondary rules
