Connect Profile Associator Component to unified data source

    Description

      It is required to do the following:

      1. Get rid of StripesConnect data connection tools in ProfileAssociator component.
      2. Make ProfileAssociator component to be able to utilize records source data provided by the parent Form where this component is rendered on.
      3. Get rid of all the component wrapper functions and HOCs that are required now to create a new component instance with custom manifest property.
      4. Change from special hooks or state based component instance creation methods to direct rendering.
      5. Ensure profiles are saved properly when associated profiles are added to them
