Use sentence case for Qualifier field dropdowns in Create/View match profile details

Overview: The values in the two "Use a qualifier" fields in the Create/edit and View screens for match profiles should be sentence case

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO-snapshot as diku_admin
2. Go to Settings/Data import/Match profiles
3. Create a new match profile that includes Use a qualifier for both the incoming record and existing record.
4. View the options in the dropdown list on the Create/Edit screen
5. Save the new profile
6. View the values in the same fields on the View details screen

Expected Results: Values should be

• Begins with
• Ends with
• Contains

Actual Results: Values are

• Begins With
• Ends With
• Contains
