Create data import settings page's 4th pane for Job Profile Details

Purpose: To be able to view the details of job profile settings.

As a staff person
I want to be able to view the details of individual job profile settings
So that I can decide if this profile is appropriate or if a new one may need to be created

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given the Data Import Settings Job profiles 3rd pane
   • When a User clicks a job profile in that third pane
   • Then that profile's row should turn grey and a 4th pane should open, showing the job profile details, as shown in the attached 29-Settings Job profiles Job profile details.png
   • And the 2nd pane in the settings screen should be smaller to allow more space for the 3rd and 4th panes
2. Scenario 2
   • Given the job profile details 4th pane
   • When a User views the screen
   • Then it should appear like this
     • Header: [job profile icon] followed by [the name of this particular job profile]
     • Down caret next to name [no actions yet, will be handled in a separate story UIDATIMP-134]
     • Subheader: Job profile
     • Edit button [text only, no pencil icon] at left of the header [no actions yet, will be handled in a separate story UIDATIMP-137 ]
     • Name of this job profile, in large font (see wireframe)
     • First accordion header: Summary [default this accordion to open]
       • Record metadata standard component [accordion with updated by user and when, created by user and when] [default this accordion to closed]
       • Accepted data type [display whichever option was selection, either Delimited, EDIFACT, or MARC]
       • Description
     • Second accordion header: Overview [default this accordion to open]
       • Leave this section blank for now [will contain basic info and links to match, action, and data mapping profiles] See UIDATIMP-152 for details
     • Third accordion header: Jobs using this profile [default this accordion to open]
       • Show search results with the following columns, for the most recent 25 jobs using this profile, in reverse chronological order (most recent at top of list)
