Add required info icons to Item field mapping profile

Purpose: To indicate fields that are sometimes required on the Item field mapping profile. Since item field mapping profiles are used for both creating new and updating existing item records, fields cannot be required all the time. However, since item will fail creation without these fields, they will have information icons and mouseover text on the field mapping Create/Edit screen. Hopefully that will help to minimize the creation of faulty Item field mapping profiles. 

As a staff person working with Item field mapping profiles
I want to see which fields are required in specific import scenarios (e.g. Create scenarios), but are not always required (e.g. Update scenarios)
So that I can ensure that they have a mapping or a default value, so that Item creation is less likely to fail

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given Settings/Data import/Field mapping profiles
   • When the FOLIO record type = Item
   • Then indicate the following fields are sometimes required by adding an information icon after the field label on the Create/Edit screen
   • And include the defined text when a user mouses over the specific information icon
     • Material type
       • Mouseover text: Required when creating Item
     • Permanent loan type
       • Mouseover text: Required when creating Item
     • Status
       • Mouseover text: Required when creating Item
