Add required info icons to Holdings field mapping profile

Purpose: To indicate fields that are sometimes required on the Holdings field mapping profile. Since holdings field mapping profiles are used for both creating new and updating existing holdings records, fields cannot be required all the time. However, since holdings will fail creation without these fields in certain scenarios, they will have information icons and mouseover text on the field mapping Create/Edit screen. Hopefully that will help to minimize the creation of faulty Holdings field mapping profiles. 

As a staff person working with Holdings field mapping profiles
I want to see which fields are required in specific import scenarios (e.g. Create scenarios), but are not always required (e.g. Update scenarios)
So that I can ensure that they have a mapping or a default value, so that Holdings creation is less likely to fail

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given Settings/Data import/Field mapping profiles
   • When the FOLIO record type = Holdings
   • Then indicate the following fields are sometimes required by adding an information icon after the field label on the Create/Edit screen
   • And include the defined text when a user mouses over the specific information icon
     • Location, Permanent
       • Mouseover text: Required when creating Holdings

   • Ensure automated testing coverage for this new code is 80% plus and confirm with screenshot
