Create hotlink from "Created" in DI Log Orders column to POL

Purpose: To allow a user to go from the Created link in the Data Import log to the POL that was created

As a staff person creating orders in FOLIO via Data Import
I want to link from the summary log line to the PO Line
So that I can easily view and/or edit the details of that PO Line

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given the Created value in the Orders column of the import log summary for a particular MARC record
   • When viewing the value
   • Then make it a hotlink (similar to the hotlink in all the other log summary columns)
   • And when a user clicks it, then take the user to the Purchase Order Line (POL) that was created, using the same API as Inventory uses to find and display a linked POL
   • Example:

     • Scroll to the bottom of the Instance and click the Acquisition hotlink for POL 22684-1
