Incorrect wording in third file upload pane when upload already in progress

Overview: Wording needs to be adjusted slightly on second "file upload" landing page pane when files have already been uploaded from a first file upload landig page pane

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO-snapshot as diku_admin
2. Click Data Import
3. Upload a few files
4. Open a second window of folio-snapshot-stable
5. Click Data Import
6. Note the wording in the second window's file upload area

Expected Results: Should say File upload already in progress

Actual Results: Says Draft job in progress It also says 0 files uploaded. If it's hard for the second window to know how many files may have been uploaded, omit that line from the second window. If it's easy for the second window to know how many files may have been uploaded, then display the correct number.

Still says "file upload in progress" in the second window, but that's OK. Shows the correct number of files that were uploaded, so that's the main issue, which has been resolved.
