Overview: So many requests are sent from ui to server after creating match profiles on bugfest env

Preconditions: Open DevTools tab

Steps to Reproduce:

Log into the application.
Go to Settings -> Data import -> Match profile.
Click on 'Actions' button at the top right of the screen.
Select the 'New' item from dropdown.
Build MARC-to-MARC 001 to 001 match profile.
Click on the 'Save as profile & close' button.
Pay attention on sending requests like '/identifier-types?limit=1000&query=cql.allRecords=1%20sortby%20name'

Expected Results: Request should be sent onсe

Actual Results: A lot of requests are sent to the server
