In the "Check in / Check out notes" section, the "Note type" field is not filled after selecting an accepted value

Overview:  The "Note type" field is not filled after selecting an accepted value from the drop-down list.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO-snapshot as diku_admin
2. Go to Settings/Data Import/Field mapping profile

1. Create a new "Field mapping profile" with:
   * Name: Create simple item
   *Incoming file = MARC Bib

• FOLIO record type = Item
   Check in/check out notes Action: Select "Add these to existing{*}"
  • Create 3 Check in/check out notes by clicking "Add check in/check out notes" 3 times and then selecting a "Note type" from the dropdown list,  adding data in the "Note: field, and selecting a value for Staff only from the dropdown list
    Save the profile

Expected Results: The accepted value selected from the drop-down list is placed in the "Note type" field.

Actual Results: When the user selects an accepted value from the drop-down list, the "Note type" field remains empty.
