View all logs: User and Job filter contains only 10 records

Overview: The number of displayed "User" and "Job profiles" in the filter has a limit of 10 entries.
Precondition:

• Authorized user with "Data import: Can upload files, import, and view logs" permission
• Imported files with more than 10 different job profiles
• Imported files with more than 10 different users

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the Data import app
2. Click on View all at the top right of the screen
3. In the list of filters, click on the Job profile dropdown
4. In the list of filters, view the dropdown for User

Expected Results: The drop-down list displays all users and job profiles that were used during the import.

Actual Results: The drop-down list displays only 10 users and job profiles.
